Join Anchorage Neighborhood Health Center (ANHC) for our annual Community Open House as we celebrate National Health Center Week and more than 50 years of serving Anchorage.
Whether you're a patient, community member, partner organization, elected official, donor, or simply curious about what we do, this free event is an opportunity to explore our health center, meet our team, connect with local resources, and learn how community health centers help build healthier communities.
Admission is free and everyone is welcome!

Take a Guided
Tour of ANHC
At the top of each hour, take a guided tour of ANHC and see firsthand how a community health center operates. You'll learn how our integrated care model helps patients access multiple services under one roof.

Community Resource Passport Challenge
Visit community partner tables and discover organizations and programs that support health and wellness.
Free Blood Pressure Screenings All Day
On the second floor, receive a free blood pressure screening and learn more about preventive care and managing your health.
Enjoy Local Food Vendors 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Food trucks will be on-site from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, offering a variety of food and beverage options for purchase. Confirmed vendors include Yeti Dogs, Reserva Venezolana, Jeepney Filipino Fusion, and Alaska Bubble Waffles.

Free Family Magic
Show at 12:00 PM
Join us for a little midday magic! There will be a FREE magic show featuring Magic by Robbie at 12:00 PM on the second floor of ANHC. Kids and adults alike will enjoy an exciting performance filled with amazing illusions, laughter, and interactive fun. Don't miss this special event during our Open House—we can't wait to see you there!

National Health Center Week (NHCW) is a nationwide celebration recognizing the vital role community health centers play in improving access to affordable, high-quality healthcare.
For more than 50 years, ANHC has served as Anchorage's community health center, providing comprehensive healthcare services regardless of a person's ability to pay.
This year's National Health Center Week theme, "Building Innovative Care Where It Matters Most," celebrates how community health centers continue to find creative ways to meet patients where they are and improve health outcomes in the communities they serve.
