If you are sick with COVID-19 or think you might be, stay home except to get medical care. Follow the CDC's guidance about what to do if you are sick

If you need medical care, call (907) 743-7200 before visiting ANHC.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 9-1-1.

ANHC is currently receiving more calls than usual. If you are trying to call, please be patient with us!

For general COVID-19 information, you may also dial 2-1-1. 

Alaska 2-1-1 operators will answer basic health questions (though they can't provide medical advice) and help connect you with the community resources you need. You can also reach Alaska 2-1-1 at 1-800-478-2221.

Wash your hands frequently. Wash for 20 seconds.

Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue or the inside of your elbow.

If you can't wash your hands, use hand sanitizer that's at leat 60% alcohol.

If you feel sick, stay home. Avoid contact with others.

Avoid touching your face, mouth, nose, and eyes.

Practice social distancing.
