ANHC offers affordable, accessible care for your whole family at any stage of life.

Every medical patient at ANHC works with a primary care team, which includes a primary care provider and nursing support.

Staff are actively involved in your care. Depending on your preference, your primary care provider may be a physician, physician assistant, or nurse practitioner.

You may request a male or female provider.

Translation services are provided upon request at no additional fee.

Your medical provider serves as a care team leader and coordinates all routine medical care, including exams, lab tests, medical imaging, diagnosis, and treatment.

Your provider is also concerned about emotional and lifestyle factors that affect your health. When appropriate, your care team will refer you to other resources such as behavioral health, complementary therapies, or addiction treatment professionals.
