The Key to Care
Finding the right health insurance plan can be a challenge. We’ll help you sign up for the plan that meets your family’s needs.
Enrollment Services
We’re here to help you connect with the health insurance plan that’s right for you.
This year, there’s a shortage of Health Insurance Navigators and a higher demand for enrollment assistance across the community. To make sure everyone can get covered, we encourage you to start with self-enrollment using our educational materials below.
Completing self-enrollment not only helps you move forward more quickly but also allows our team to focus on patients who may need additional support with technology or language access. Your efforts make a meaningful difference — thank you for helping us serve more people in our community!
Option 1: Self-Enrollment
If you’re comfortable applying on your own, our step-by-step guides and checklists make the process easy.
