Celebrating Diversity

Our patients speak many languages—it’s part of what makes our community so amazing! The language you speak shouldn’t be a barrier to health care. That’s why we have tools to help.

Language support tools

At Your Appointment: Language assistance is provided for free at every appointment. We use telephone interpretation for in-person appointments and video interpretation for telehealth appointments.

Before your appointment, please let us know the language you feel most comfortable speaking (other than English) and we’ll be ready with an interpreter if needed.

Text Message: We often use text messages to communicate with patients. When you receive a text message from us, reply in the language you prefer and our system will automatically translate.

Our Staff: Just like our patients, ANHC employees (including our providers) speak many languages.
