Billing Information

ANHC serves the uninsured, underinsured, and insured.

Sliding Fee Discount Program: All patients are encouraged to apply for the Sliding Fee Discount Program, even if you have health insurance. Your eligibility for the program is based on your household size and annual income, as is the amount of your discount. Your discount applies to all services at ANHC, including prescription medications from our pharmacy.

Health Insurance Enrollment Assistance: Our Outreach team will help you sign up for the health insurance plan that’s right for you.

Insurances accepted: We accept all insurance plans, including private health insurance, Medicaid, Denali KidCare, Medicare, and TriCare.

Our providers are in-network with the following health insurance companies:

  • Medical: Aetna, Medicaid, Medicare, Moda, Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield, and TriWest

  • Dental: Cigna Dental, Delta Dental, Medicaid, and Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield Dental

Payment information: Payment for appointments is due at the time of service. Billing for labs and other services may be mailed you after your appointment. If you do not bring payment with you to your appointment, you may be rescheduled for a later date. You can pay online with most major credit and debit cards.
