Our 2024 Annual Report reflects on this legacy and highlights the impact we’ve made together over the last year.

Founded in Fairview by providers who saw a need for accessible healthcare, ANHC began as a small clinic serving patients without insurance or the ability to pay. Over the past five decades, it has grown into a trusted community health center while continuing to serve as a safety net for those who need care most.
In this video, speakers share personal stories about receiving and providing care at ANHC, including support for chronic conditions, preventive services, and patient education. They describe a culture centered on compassion, respect, and meeting patients where they are.
The video also reflects on ANHC’s role in the community today and its future, emphasizing a continued commitment to accessible, affordable, and high-quality care for individuals and families across Anchorage.
