Professional Interests

I love the breadth of family medicine and the opportunity to care for people over time. I enjoy helping patients navigate their health, whether that means preventing illness, managing chronic conditions, making decisions about reproductive health, improving mental health, or simply figuring out the best next step. My goal is to meet people where they are, understand what matters most to them, and help them achieve their own health and wellness goals while making sure they have access to clear, evidence-based information about the choices in front of them.

Beyond caring for individual patients, I am passionate about creating healthcare systems that work better for everyone. I enjoy tackling challenges that improve access to care, simplifying the patient experience, and removing unnecessary barriers that make it harder for people to get the care they need. I am also committed to creating practice environments where clinicians can focus more on caring for patients and less on navigating administrative hurdles. I believe strong primary care is one of the most powerful tools for improving the health of individuals, families, and communities.
