Medicaid Annual Renewals

If you are enrolled in Medicaid:

Make sure your contact information is up to date. Update using this online form or call 833-441-1870. (If you aren’t sure, complete the form or call just in case.)

Within the next 12 months, you will receive a letter in the mail (sent to the mailing address on file). The letter will tell you if your coverage has been automatically renewed or if you need to provide more information.

Why do I need to make sure my contact information is up to date?

During the COVID-19 pandemic, if you were enrolled in Medicaid you were enrolled continuously. You did not need to renew your coverage.

But as of April 1, 2023, Medicaid recipients once again need to renew their Medicaid enrollment each year to determine if they are still eligible.

Each year, you will receive a a letter in the mail, sent to the mailing address on file. The letter will tell you if your coverage has been automatically renewed or if you need to provide more information. If you don’t provide the information required, you may be unenrolled from Medicaid.
