Ryan White Program Manager
SUMMARY OF POSITION: This position manages the quality improvement, data and grant related activities of the Ryan White Program at ANHC. The Program Manager works closely with the Director of Communications & Development to evaluate, report on and support agency-wide program efforts for Ryan White consumers. Job duties require both people-focused and data-focused skills. This position supervises the Ryan White Patient Navigator position and works collaboratively and effectively with the clinical staff who serve Ryan White patients.
WORK EXPERIENCE: Minimum of three years in a grant management role or project management role, preferably in a healthcare setting. Minimum of one-year supervisory experience.
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in quality improvement, change management, health education, population health, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Experience writing quality comprehensive documents or proposals and working with and presenting data. Experience in planning and facilitating team meetings to obtain common goals and agreed upon outcomes.
