Nurse Trainer
SUMMARY OF POSITION: Directs and oversees the nursing and case management training program for the Center, according to policies, procedures, philosophy and objectives of the department and Center. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, works collaboratively with the Director of Practice Management, Director of Quality and Population Health and Infection Control Program Manager to optimize workflows and provide quality patient team-based care.
WORK EXPERIENCE: Four years of full-time appropriate experience in a multi-specialty medical group setting including 2 years of training experience is required.
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSURE: Bachelor’s in Science of Nursing. Active license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Alaska. Registered nurse accreditation by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Must have and maintain current BLS certification.
