Executive Assistant to the CEO

SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer. Keeps official organization records and executes administrative policies determined by or in conjunction with other Senior Leadership. Makes travel, car, and hotel reservations for the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors as appropriate. Coordinates meeting arrangements, records/transcribes minutes for various meetings. Acts as the liaison for the Board of Directors.

 

Work Experience: Minimum of five years’ experience required managing office administrative functions, projects, and direct support of executive level management. 

 

Education, Certification and Licensure: High school graduate or equivalent required.  BA/BS preferred. 

 

Additional Skills & Knowledge: Bilingual preferred.
