Executive Assistant to the CEO

 

SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and project support to the Chief Executive Officer that is focused on increasing the efficiency of the CEO for executive level functions. Keeps official organization records and executes administrative policies in collaboration with other Senior Leadership. Directs the work of the Administrative Assistant to deliver support to members of Senior Leadership. Coordinates meetings, agendas and compiles minutes for various committees. Acts as a liaison for the Board of Directors. Skills ideal for this role include: anticipating the needs of others, a proactive mindset, excellent organization, good writing and editing abilities, attention to detail and strict confidentiality.

 

Work Experience: Minimum of five years’ experience required managing office administrative functions, projects, and direct support of executive level management. Supervisory experience preferred.

 

Education, Certification and Licensure: High school graduate or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

 

Additional Skills & Knowledge: Bilingual preferred.
