The
role of the Corporate Board
- To act as trustee of
the Health Center on behalf of its funding
sources and donors.
- To determine the
Center's goals and objectives.
- To establish center
policies.
- To be legally
accountable for all of the Center's operations.
- To authorize programs
sponsored by the Health Center.
- To evaluate the
results of the Centers operation.
Within these broad responsibilities, the Board is
responsible for the business functions of the
Center, including policy administration, public and
community relationships, finance, personnel, program
planning and evaluation.
